Founder & CEO
Sean Eatch's technical background combines formal education through the Cisco Certified Network Academy at Georgian College and a Certificate of Criminology from Kwantlen Polytechnic University with professional certifications spanning cloud administration, infrastructure automation, and security operations.
His enterprise experience includes deploying and maintaining thousands of physical and cloud servers at BCAA using Terraform and PowerShell, achieving 100% infrastructure-server patch compliance for multiple years, and managing Azure infrastructure, identity security, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management in his position at AmeriLife.
Sean's automation and change management work during his career, including infrastructure standardization, cross-functional stakeholder coordination, and technical documentation, directly informs the Academy's curriculum and the Secure Hybrid Compliance Toolkit.
The combination of academic grounding, enterprise implementation, and experience in organizational coordination has positioned Mr. Eatch to translate practical security and infrastructure methods into structured instruction through Cyber Rapport Academy.
